Billing & Refund Policy

This page explains subscriptions, included credits for monthly or annual plans, separate credit packs, cancellation timing, and the refund rules that apply to BBoxML.

How credits work

BBoxML uses credits for AI image labelling. Your plan or purchases determine how many credits are available to your account.

  • Free accounts include 5 starter credits.
  • Paid subscription plans include credits tied to the chosen billing cycle.
  • One-time credit packs can be purchased separately.
  • 1 credit is charged for each class requested on each image.

Subscriptions and renewals

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions. Renewal timing, plan details, and billing cadence are shown at checkout and in your account.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Monthly plans refresh included credits each month.
  • Annual plans deliver the full year of included credits upfront for the annual term.
  • Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals only.
  • Unless we say otherwise, unused included subscription credits do not roll over.

Credit packs

Credit packs are separate one-time purchases that add credits to your account balance. They do not start, replace, or cancel a subscription by themselves.

Credit packs may be consumed alongside subscription credits according to the logic shown in your account and pricing materials.

Taxes and regional pricing

Prices may be shown before or after tax depending on your region. Where required, we may charge VAT, sales tax, or similar taxes.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or similar charges that apply to your purchase unless the law says otherwise.

Refunds

Because BBoxML provides digital services and credits that can be consumed quickly, refunds are limited.

  • Used credits are non-refundable.
  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once the service has been made available.
  • Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not normally create a refund for the current term.
  • We may make discretionary exceptions case by case.
  • These limits apply except where refund rights are required by law.

UK and EU digital-service notice

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, your service may begin immediately after purchase. By starting the service straight away, you may be asking us to begin performance during any statutory cancellation period.

Where applicable, you acknowledge that immediate performance of digital services may affect cancellation rights once the service has started or credits have been used.

Changes to plans or pricing

We may update plan structure, included credits, pack sizes, or pricing in the future. Changes will apply prospectively, not retroactively, unless required by law or clearly stated otherwise.
