These terms explain the rules for using BBoxML, who owns what, how AI output should be treated, and the limits that apply to the service.
These terms govern your access to and use of the BBoxML website and app. By using BBoxML, you agree to these terms.
BBoxML is operated by SXRATCH LTD trading as BBoxML, company number 17089605, at Floor 3, Programme, All Saint's St, Bristol, BS12NB.
You may need an account to use core product features. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service.
You must use BBoxML responsibly and in compliance with applicable law.
You retain ownership of the images, annotations, classes, exports, and other content you upload to BBoxML.
You give BBoxML the limited rights needed to host, store, process, display, back up, export, and otherwise operate the service for you. Those rights end when they are no longer needed to provide the service, subject to any lawful retention obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring your content, instructions, and workflows are lawful and that you have the rights needed to upload and process that content.
BBoxML, including the software, design, branding, and underlying technology, remains our intellectual property or that of our licensors.
These terms do not give you ownership of BBoxML itself. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in line with your plan and these terms.
AI-assisted labelling is provided as a productivity feature. Human review remains important.
We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features from time to time. We also may change limits, credits, packaging, or pricing before a future billing period begins.
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, although we aim to keep BBoxML available and reliable.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, created security or legal risk, or failed to pay charges due.
You may stop using the service at any time. Subscription cancellation rules are described separately in the Billing & Refund Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BBoxML is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence applies and cannot be excluded.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
